All of the exercise programming is created by Dr. Brett Chance who is a Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified strength coach and Certified sports nutrition coach (NASM). “We base our programs on the individual” we discuss a multitude of things such as a detailed health history, orthopedic limitations/injuries, goals and more on our first session. “ The biggest predictor of injury is past injury” that’s why we take a individualized full body approach to our evaluation process.

What does our training session look like?

Our training session will include: 

  • Movement prep that is specific for your training days. Aids in proper soft-tissue and joint warm-up prior to your workout.
  • Corrective stability and mobility to keep you pain-free and hitting your goals.
  • We utilize specific training methods that promote joint health and soft-tissue longevity.
  • Proper exercise programming guaranteed to get you results, All you need to do is show up!
  • **SPECIAL ADD ON** Access to our customized app for proper at home recovery methods that aid in soft-tissue health, mobility and flexibility.
How do I get started?

Start by setting an appointment with our personal trainer and completing an initial evaluation of your set goals, past/present weight-training experience, old/new injuries to name a few.

  1. We start this process by looking at overall posture and any imbalances that show in a static position. 
  2. Next we move on to a detailed biomechanics screening process which includes a joint-by-joint video movement assessment (squats, lunges, shoulder movement etc) . This allows us to evaluate mobility and stability points within each joint complex and aid in injury prevention making sure we are optimizing proper form and function as we guide you to success! 

This initial screening will help maximize your programming and enhance your movement strategies to keep you pain free and working out hard long-term.
